As the year comes to a close, we wanted to remind you of our upcoming holiday break:
Closing Date: December 12, 2025
Reopening Date: January 6, 2026
During this time:
– No payments will be processed
– No new patient registrations will be accepted
Important Payment Deadlines:
– Please submit all payments by December 5, 2025, for processing on December 10, 2025
– First payment after reopening will be processed on January 14, 2026
